Includes two vintage postcard photographs of Tenniel's Alice (Miss Mary Badcock), and Dodgson's Alice (Miss Alice Liddell). Undated and unused.
Condition: This vintage hardcover is in very good condition. Light outer wear, spine a little darkened, but gilt remains bright and clear with only a minor amount of rubbing. FFEP has two previous owner's name, the first in pen dated March 15, 1901, and the second exactly 83 years later on March 15, 1984. The title page and facing page with the portrait of Miss Bowman are slightly pulling away from the binding and the title page has a title along the gutter at the bottom.
