Condition: Hardcover. Binding leans forward, cover boards have some general scuffing, rubbed corners, and heavy wear to spine, particularly to the upper spine--see photos--also the (presumably) previous owner's name in gilt on the front cover. Front hinge is cracked, binding is strained in a few places and generally feels loose, altho it is holding together fine as it is. Some pages scattered throughout have light smudges, otherwise the book is unmarked. Has publisher's catalog in the back, and some reviews in the front for Louisa May Alcott novels.
