Includes three fold-out illustrations. Also includes a small loose trifold for the Hyde Park Lodge, 1916, which is in very good condition except that someone drew a 3D cube in pencil on one page.
Condition: Hardcover, no dust jacket. Cover boards have minor to moderate general wear, spine and a couple inches of the front noticeably sunned, edge wear and some rubbing to corners and spine ends. Interior is unmarked with minimal discoloration/foxing. Binding remains firm.
